I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before your item ships. Shipping times then vary depending on your location. Most estimated shipping times are listed on the product pages. If no time is specified, please allow an estimated 2-4 weeks for delivery.
Tracking numbers are typically updated in our system 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email insidexy@163.com
Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged items. You may return items within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns outside this 30-day window cannot be accepted for credit, refund, or exchange.
For eligible returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price. Please include your name and order number with the returned parcel.
Please note: If your package is still in transit, you must wait for it to arrive and return it to initiate a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Generally, we are unable to offer modifications, cancellations, store credit, or refunds on orders before they are delivered to you. However, in specific situations, we may be able to help. If you need to cancel your order, please email insidexy@163.com within 8 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
If you notice you have entered an incorrect shipping address (e.g., due to a typo or auto-fill error), please email insidexy@163.com as soon as possible, ideally by replying to your order confirmation email. We can only update the shipping address within 8 hours of order placement. Please note that no refunds are issued for orders with incorrect addresses submitted beyond this 8-hour window.
