Return & Exchange Policy
General Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Our standard return/exchange period is 30 days from the date you received your order. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or free exchange. This policy does not apply to final sale items.
United States&Canadian Customers

Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or do not fit (too small or too big). To start an exchange, please contact us.

Returns for Refund: Eligible returns within 30 days will receive a refund.

Shipping: We will provide one free return shipping label via email. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend a traceable service with insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of returning multiple items. Delivery times for exchanges may vary.
European & Australian Customers

For approved exchanges, we will ship the new item to you free of charge. For approved refunds, the cost of the product will be refunded, but original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
